To ensure complete confidence in your purchase, each watch includes a 48-hour inspection period beginning at the time of delivery.

• Upon confirmed delivery, you have 48 hours to inspect and try on your watch.

• If any concerns arise during this period, you may request a return for a full refund, provided that:

• The watch remains in its original condition from when it was sent to you. Any signs of wear, damage, sizing, or modification will make the watch ineligible for return.

• All original boxes, papers, tags, and accessories are included

• The return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
  

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must fully insure the package for the watch’s full value during transit.

• After the 48-hour inspection window has passed, all sales are considered final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted beyond this period.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email lou@wristopportunity.com within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.

2. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

3. After the watch is received and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Additional Terms

• Custom orders, special requests, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

• Wrist Opportunity is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. Proper packaging and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be declined and returned to the sender.
